How does SchedulePro fit into your HR ecosystem?
SchedulePro is an essential component in high compliance industries. It automates the scheduling of your workforce across multiple teams and sites. SchedulePro takes multiple factors: including compliance, union rules, overtime equalization, employee qualifications, in order to find the right employee for the job.
In a HR multi-system environment, repeated and duplicate data is often source of mistake and inefficiency. SchedulePro Integrations allows you to connect all your established systems with the best scheduling tool, without any disruption on your HR ecosystem. All data can be easily synchronized between HR’s systems, payroll system, punch clocks, absence management and SchedulePro. Although SchedulePro has its own built-in solution for all those, you can stay with the systems that your organization considers more adequate to your business and keep the advantages of using SchedulePro.
